By accessing or using Formify at getformify.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Formify is a tool that converts paper forms, PDFs, and handwritten documents into Google Forms using AI-powered extraction. We act as an intermediary between your uploaded documents and the Google Forms API.
You must sign in with a Google account to create Google Forms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
Formify operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and deducted upon successful form creation. Credits do not expire. All payments are processed by DodoPayments and are non-refundable unless required by law.
You agree not to use Formify to:
You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading, you grant Formify a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of converting them to Google Forms. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
Formify uses the Google Forms API to create forms in your Google account. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
We aim to keep Formify available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, maintain, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Formify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
